At most events, guests talk to the people they already know. With the DC Event App they create a profile beforehand and answer three short questions. The AI suggests the people worth talking to, and a good match turns into a fixed meeting. Everyone arrives knowing who they want to meet.

Profile & onboarding
Sign-in by link or password. Name and ticket come from your ticketing system, onboarding only asks what is missing: three short questions, company, LinkedIn. Access levels separate on-site and online tickets.

Guests who opt in appear in the directory. The AI reads every guest's answers and suggests the people worth talking to, each with a reason. One tap sends the connection request.

Blind dinner & table groups
Guests sign up for dinner. The app seats them at tables of six, mixed by their answers, and reveals at the agreed time who sits next to whom.

Agenda & my plan
Programme with rooms, panels and workshops. Guests register for sessions, the app checks capacity and clashes and builds their personal plan. Afterwards they rate each session.

Speaker profiles
Speakers maintain their own profile via a personal link or QR code. In their session they get their own rights, for example for audience questions.

A good match becomes a fixed meeting: free slots and tables, request, acceptance, reminder. Exhibitors get their own calendars.

How does AI matchmaking work before the event?
Every guest answers three short questions. The AI reads the answers of all guests who have opted in and suggests the people worth talking to, each with a reason.
Do my guests have to install an app?
No. The app runs in the browser and sits on the home screen with one tap, without an app store.
Who can see my guests' profiles?
Only guests who opt in appear in the directory and in matchmaking. Servers are in Germany, the AI runs in the EU without storage at the provider.
