Speaker profiles

Speakers maintain their own profiles, and your team stops chasing photos by email.

Your team creates the profile and hands over a personal link or QR code. The speaker signs in, is linked straight away and maintains photo, bio, links and materials on their own.

In their own session speakers get their own rights, without admin access: moderate audience questions, create and launch polls, upload materials, read feedback. The control room always has the final say.

Guests get an overview and a page per speaker with the full bio and every session that person gives. Tapping a name in the agenda leads right there.
