Agenda & my plan

Your agenda lives on every phone, and limited seats sort themselves out.

The agenda shows every session by day, room and panel, in your event's time zone. Search across all days, a room filter and a live badge as soon as the control room puts a session live. Browsing works without signing in.

Guests bookmark sessions or register for them. The app counts the seats in the room, warns about clashes and still lets people book on purpose. Everything ends up in My plan, and a reminder with the room arrives ten minutes before the start.

Afterwards guests rate the session with one to five stars and a comment. Speakers and organisers see the summary, without names.
