Check-in & badge printing

No queue at the entrance: show your ticket, the badge comes out of the printer.

Every guest has their ticket QR code in the app and in the confirmation email. At the entrance your team scans it with a phone or tablet, or guests check themselves in at a self check-in kiosk.

The scan prints the badge on demand: name, company, ticket type and the personal QR code for the badge scanner. Pre-printed piles and alphabetical tables disappear.

You see live who has arrived, and you can check sessions or workshops with their own entry the same way. Late registrations and day guests can be added on site.
