Stage direction

One person at the control desk runs stage, screens and live features without accidentally wrecking the agenda.

What is live follows the schedule until someone steps in. If the stage runs late, the control room hits play on the session that is actually running. Q&A, live badges, transcription and screens all follow that one rule.

Projector, lectern and LED wall run as browsers without login and show slides built from title, category and speakers. No slide deck required. The control room switches between slide, poll, mood board, combined results and photos, and speaking time runs on the server clock.

An AI co-host suggests a follow-up question on what was just said, after every segment. A human reads it out or discards it, the app never asks it on its own.

What your guests get

  • Q&A stays open while someone is actually speaking, not by the clock
  • Screens always show the right session
  • Polls and the mood board big on the main screen

What you get as the organiser

  • A dedicated control room role: only play, stop, display and polls
  • Stop all closes Q&A and polls in every room
  • Switches forgotten the night before expire after eight hours
  • Slides come from agenda data, so changes hit the stage instantly
